HALL RENTAL CHARGES 2018

Hire of LARGE HALL by local community groups £13.50 per hour. For business users & off island users £25 per hour

Hire of SMALL HALL local community groups  £10 per hour. For business users & off island users £15 per hour

Hire of hall for CONCERT for local users ie Tiree Association, Feis Tiriodh – £75

Hire of hall for CONCERT for businesses ie Skerryvore & Trail West – £150

Use of bar and kitchen areas – £75

PRIVATE FUNCTION/ PARTY – No fee being charged at the door – £175

This fee includes the hire of the hall, tables and chairs and use of the kitchen

If bar is to be used an additional fee of £75 will be charged.  The license is the responsibility of the hirer

LICENSED DANCE – £275 – includes the use of the bar

This applies when the hirer is charging admittance at the door and has their own license for the function ie Show Committee Dance, Tiree Association Dance etc. The license is the responsibility of the hirer

WEDDINGS – £450

This fee includes the hire of An Talla (both halls) for 2 days including the use of chair covers but EXCLUDES the use of a fully equipped kitchen and bar facilities

The license is the responsibility of the hirer

OUTSIDE CATERERS

The hire of a fully equipped kitchen facility will be £150 per day and the hire of a fully equipped bar facility will be £75 per day

A deposit of £100 is to be made at the time of booking with the total payment being required 14 days before the proposed event

The license is the responsibility of the hirer

If An Talla is to be used or named as the venue for a CIVIL MARRIAGE/PARTNERSHIP a £100 non-returnable charge will be applied.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Feis Week, Wave Classic, Music Festivals

The hire charges will be negotiable with the Committee
