TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The An Talla 500 Club is registered with the Argyll and Bute Council. License Number: – 1756
2. The 500 Club will be run in accordance with the regulations set out in the Gambling Act 2005
3. All the proceeds from the 500 Club, after prize money has been deducted, will go to An Talla
4. The object of the 500 Club shall be to raise funds to help the Hall with repairs, maintenance and running costs. Monies raised will be paid into An Talla bank Account.
5. The prizes will total 50% of the monthly income. 1^st Prize of 30%, 2^nd Prize of 15% and 3^rd Prize of 5%. With the other 50% going to An Talla. 
6. The 500 club is open to anyone over the age of 18 years old
7. Membership is £12 per annum. (Per number) The minimum subscription term is 12 months.
8. Payment can be cash or Standing orders
9. Each draw will take place in An Talla at the monthly Board Meeting on the first week of the following month (i.e., The January draw will take place in the first week of February.)
10. The draw will be done using an online number generator.
11. All subscriptions must be paid in advance. No refunds will be given.
12. Renewal reminders for members subscribing annually will be sent out one month prior to the expiry of their membership
13. The names of the monthly winners will be notified by email or text message and appear on An Talla’s social media, (unless the winners wish to remain anonymous as indicated on the original Membership form. 
14. All queries concerning the 500 Club should be addressed to the Treasurer of An Talla – carrie@antalla.com In case of any dispute the decision of the chairperson is final.
15. Club members will be notified in advance of any amendments or additions to these rules that might be necessary in the future. Such as changing the club’s name.
16. A member will be deemed to have left the 500 Club if his/her subscription renewal remains unpaid for a period of one month.
17. An Talla reserves the right to cancel 500 club in the event that membership receipts fall below £200 per month. Members will be given a minimum of one months’ notice and all monies paid for will subsequent draws will be returned to members in full.
